E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof Bourbon

From Buffalo Trace Distillery, this straight Kentucky bourbon is bottled directly from hand-selected barrels, uncut and unfiltered at more than 125 proof. Inspired by pre-Prohibition whiskey-making, it draws on barrels aged in warehouses built over a century ago under E.H. Taylor Jr.'s watch.

Tasting notes

Cooked berries and a subtle floral aroma lead into rich caramel, spice, toasted vanilla, dried oak, and pepper. The long finish carries rye character and lingering fruit.
