Heaven Hill Phoenix is a limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey released in October 2026 to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the November 7, 1996 fire at the original Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky. Its message, “Remember. Rebuild. Rise.”, celebrates the distillery's resilience and enduring bourbon-making heritage.

A Blend Connecting Past and Present

An 18-year-old bourbon base, distilled in March 2008 and matured in heavy-char barrels, is mingled with a rare touch of 30-year-old pre-fire bourbon reserves from the original distillery. This blend brings together whiskey from two chapters of Heaven Hill's history.
