Legent Yamazaki is a limited-edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by The House of Suntory that blends American bourbon with Japanese whisky-making traditions. It starts as an 8-year-old Kentucky bourbon, which is then sent to the Yamazaki Distillery in Japan for secondary aging and blending in French Oak wine casks, Spanish Oak sherry casks, and previously used Yamazaki single malt casks. The result is a complex, round whiskey with a harmonious blend of American bourbon flavors and Japanese-influenced notes of oak, dried fruit, and spice.
